Located in West London, our gym offers a calm, relaxed and personal space for you to train and achieve your fitness goals. We offer far more than performance coaching. Our in house expertise includes nutrition, muscle recovery and restorative therapies.   We know that client-trainer chemistry is as important as the workout itself. Every member of our experienced team brings a unique energy to the gym. 

Digital Training Sessions

Our virtual training sessions are designed to keep you focused on achieving results when getting to the gym isn't possible.  Our trainers will take you through one of six training plans suited to your needs. 

Home Gym Full Body Workout

Fuse cardio and strength for a full body session tailored to you.   Keep your body and mind active with expert supervision via skype.

 

Restorative Pilates & Yoga

Learn how to incorporate Pilates and Yoga into your daily routine. Lizzy will show you how to move and feel better with total body movements. Great for the mind and the body. 

Pre & Post Pregnancy Training

Tailored to suit the stage of pregnancy you're in, these sessions will help you improve posture, relieve stress on the joints and boost your general wellbeing. 

Trainer/Therapist Consultation

Ask our trainers or therapists your most pressing questions. From lifestyle, wellness, fitness to recovery techniques we can guide you through all the need to knows.

10 x 30min sessions = £400

5 x 30min sessions = £250

1x 45 min session = £100

1x 30min Consult = £150
